- RFP - Development of a Climate Change and Carbon Market Policy, inclusive of a Blue Carbon Framework.As part of the EU-funded EUROCLIMA program, the Government of Belize seeks to develop a Climate Change Carbon Market Policy, inclusive of a Blue Carbon Framework. This policy will serve as a strategic guide for engaging in carbon markets while ensuring environmental and economic benefits align with national priorities. Please indicate whether you intend to submit a bid by creating a draft response without submitting directly in the system.
