Expression of Interest are invited for Procure Consultancy Services for the Preparation of a Structure Plan for the Coastal Highway Corridor Expressions of Interest must be submitted in English, electronically, by email, in pdf format, to both email addresses below no later than 10:00 A.M. local time on Tuesday, November 30, 2021. The e-mail subject line should state, “EXPRESSION OF INTEREST - CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR COASTAL HIGHWAY CORRIDOR STRUCTURE PLAN” and the e-mail body must state the name and address of the applicant. The Expression of Interest will be deemed to have been received at the time it is received by the receiving office named in the first address below. The burden of proving receipt of the email will be on the applicant and will not be met solely by a read receipt or sent items report generated by the applicant-s computer.
